- Am still looking for a new place for us 4 girls to move into. There is one potential flat in Brook Green that I checked out today- 2 double bedroom (big enough for storage space and to fit 2 single beds), a separate dining and living space (with a TV!), lots of sunlight and ventilation, washer AND dryer, close to Hammersmith station, convenient to shops and small restaurants nearby, clean kitchen (with HOTPLATES!), and a very clean bathroom. We're viewing the place again this evening and if the girls like it, we're putting down a deposit immediately and can move in MONDAY!!
- Currently living with a "crazy" 30yr old house mate who talks to himself when no one is around. He's starting to scare us girls in the house a lot with the Italian words that comes out of his mouth (one of the girl's Italian so she can understand him)... "I want to eat those girls".... " How can I deal with those bitches"... and Irene offered him ice-cream last night and he turned around and said to her "Put it up your ass". Ahhhhhh!! Since last night, I really want to move out ASAP!
- Have got my FIRST interview with an Architectural company on Monday. I'm a little nervous atm... *fingers crossed also!* Have been a little stressed out from applying for so many jobs and looking for a new place to stay since I got back from Holland. I only recently registered with some agencies who specifies in Architecture to look for work for me and it's so much easier to let them handle it all than having me go to the internet cafe everyday and surf for jobs. If only I had done it sooner!
- Went to an interesting photo shoot with David the other day. Amongst a few other asians we wore all black with our hair tied and slicked back to look "sheek" and "professional" and we stood behind the female singer in the photo shoots. Her name's China and she's an upcoming singer here in the UK-the photo shoots were for her promotional advertisements and her album cover. I got to be in two different photo shoots, it was fun!!
- Have been convinced to go to Scotland this weekend with other housemates (not the crazy dude!) because it is cheap. David has rented a car for us and according to his words, "I'll tie you up and throw you in the boot" if I don't go! -hehe only joking that is!
- Still getting used to settling into the London lifestyle. It's not easy when you're unsettled with no proper place to stay or even have a job. I give myself another week or two for it to all work out...
*fingers crossed*
P.S. My cousin Jimmy, you were wrong!! In regards to soccer, Australia ain't sh** at all!!! 1-1 for Australia vs Netherlands! Hah! :)
